For the past 10 years, our 28-Days-Later challenge has been delivering incredible results. So why change it up? Instead of sticking with the familiar ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ mindset, we decided to take things to the next level. With both Matt and Hayden recently completing their own fight camps—training not just for fitness but to step into the ring—we’ve designed this program to let EVERYONE benefit from that intense, fight-ready training. Make no mistake—this isn’t going to be easy! In fact, when you start digging in to the details, you might even think “This is CRAZY!”. But it isn’t crazy. And it is meant to be a challenge…and it is ONLY for 28-days!
Now – it’s going to be 28-days of COMMITMENT…but when you really think about it, that is NOT a long time!
Fight Camp Rules & Schedule:
Compulsory Training:
- 🏅 2x Boxing Classes each week
- 💪 2x Strength Classes each week
- ✨ NEW! Wednesday Bootcamp Sessions at 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM (Complete 1x session/week)
- 🌟 NEW! Rumble Sessions on Friday Nights (5:30 PM) or Saturday Mornings (6:00 AM) (Complete 1x session/week)
- 🏃♂️ 2x Athlete’s Choice Running (Bibra Lake) or Swimming (Coogee Shark Net) Sessions
Nutrition Support:
- 🍽️ Full Diet Plan provided to fuel your training and recovery. This will be the total opposite of fancy…it is going to be the worlds simplest meal plan – and it isn’t meant to be ‘long-term’ sustainable…it’s a 28-day blast to get you in the best shape of your life!!
Progress Tracking:
- 📊 Body Scans at the start and finish to measure your transformation.
- ⚖️ Weekly Weigh-ins to keep you accountable.

- 💰 Only $99 for the entire program – including access to the new RUMBLE and BOOTCAMP sessions!
- Please note: If you only have a boxing membership and are a member of the “FIGHT CAMP”, you will get access to the strength sessions for the month of February included. After all – complete 2x strength sessions and 2x boxing classes is all part of the CHALLENGE!
