Breakfast, lunch or Snack
30g rolled oats
30g whey protein powder (I used Mocha flavour)
50g protein yogurt (I used Yoguri brand – Aldi, low fat high protein)
½ cup of blueberries (I used frozen)…But any berries of choice will do
25ml sugar free maple syrup (I used Natvia brand – Coles)
Directions:
Weigh out your oats.
Add your berries of choice. Add a splash of water. Stir or swish around to mix.
In another bowl, mix the protein yogurt and protein powder to form your Tiramisu paste.
Smooth a layer on top of your oat and berry mix.
Drizzle with maple syrup and pop in the fridge overnight.
Hot tip: Eat fresh from the fridge or pop it in the microwave for approx. 1 minute for a breaky morning hug…Kinda turns into a cake. Yum!
