At Round 1 Fitness, we’ve run a lot of challenges over the years. Some have focused on training. Others on nutrition. Some have been all about pushing your limits.
But this one?
This one is about living better — day by day, choice by choice.
Welcome to The 100-Point Project.
What’s the goal?
Simple: Build the habits that lead to a better YOU.
Throughout June, your mission is to earn up to 25 points per week by doing the small things that make a massive difference:

Taking time to recover 🧘

Saying no to alcohol when it counts 🍺❌
Over 4 weeks, that adds up to 100 points — a perfect score. But this challenge isn’t about being perfect. It’s about doing the work. Staying consistent. Focusing on what matters.
And if you end up with 60, 70, 80+ points? You’re still making big moves in the right direction.
Why 100 points?
Because when you break it down, that’s just 25 points a week. Which is 1 point per day for doing the right thing in each of 7 key areas. It’s achievable — but only if you build the habits and stick with them.
This isn’t just a gym challenge.
It’s a chance to reset. Refocus. And feel amazing by the time July rolls around.
How do I track it?
Each participant will receive a simple weekly tracker. You’ll tick the box each time you hit a target — and add up your weekly points. We’ll also have a giant leaderboard in the gym to track total scores and keep the vibe high all month long.
