[March 17th 2025] HYROX is Here – Round 1 Fitness Officially Launches This Week!

The wait is over—Round 1 Fitness is now an official HYROX Training Club!

We’re kicking things off this Wednesday, March 13th, with our first HYROX POWER classes at 6am, 1pm, and 5pm. Then, on Saturday at 7am, we roll out HYROX FOUNDATIONS to round out our first week of race-ready training.

What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race, but more importantly, it’s a style of training that blends strength, endurance, and functional fitness. The workouts are designed to push you while staying scalable for all fitness levels—whether you’re training for a HYROX event or just looking to build serious strength and cardio capacity.

Your HYROX Training Options at Round 1 Fitness

  • HYROX POWER (Wednesdays) – A strength-focused session featuring sleds, carries, and functional movements designed to build power and muscular endurance.
  • HYROX FOUNDATIONS (Saturdays) – A full-body session covering all HYROX-style movements, improving efficiency, technique, and stamina.

Who is HYROX for?

Everyone. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just looking for a new challenge, HYROX training will push you to work harder, move better, and perform at your best. The workouts are structured, progressive, and designed for real results.

How to Get Started

Jump in! Our first classes are this week, and all members are welcome. Book in via the FitBOX app and get ready to experience HYROX training at Round 1 Fitness.
