Thanks as always to everyone who got along to train with us last week – it was a great week in both gyms as we continue to build towards the silly season. We have a bit on at Round 1 next weekend – the Christmas Party on Friday night at the Orient in Freo (don’t forget to grab a ticket on Fitbox) and then our ‘Sunday Morning Coming Down’ sessions on December 1st – training then Ice Baths + Overnight Oats for recovery…usual story right – doing all this stuff always sounds like the greatest idea, then you’re half-way through putting everything together and it all seems like a LOT of work AND (of course!!) every single task takes just a little bit longer than the time you had allocated, so the stress starts to rise…
