Going to the gym shouldn’t be a marathon – at Round 1 our efficient 45-minute classes will fit into your busy schedule. All YOU need to do is show up and our coaches will guide you through each session…no need to work out your own plan or wait for equipment to be ‘free’.

At Round 1, it’s all about you and your fitness journey. We mix it up with weights, kettlebells, sleds, slamballs, and more, ensuring every rep counts. Our classes, always changing, target different muscle groups, so you can gain strength and agility without getting tired of it.
