We’re always looking for ways to push limits, and this is our biggest move yet. HYROX isn’t just a competition—it’s a global movement and a complete training system designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re gearing up for your first HYROX event or just want an epic, full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and mental grit, our HYROX classes will get you there.

What to expect?

You’ll experience functional, performance-driven workouts in a community that pushes you to be your best. Every session is safe, scalable, and built on what HYROX HQ calls “the healthiest way to train.”

OUR CLASS TYPES
HYROX Foundations
A full-body training session designed to develop the core movements and endurance needed for HYROX-style fitness. Expect a combination of strength, cardio, and functional exercises that mimic HYROX race demands while building technique, efficiency, and stamina. Whether you're new to HYROX or a seasoned athlete, this session will challenge you at your level.
HYROX Power
Strength meets endurance in this high-intensity session focused on building explosive power and muscular endurance. Expect heavier lifts, sled pushes, and functional strength work designed to improve your ability to move weight efficiently. HYROX Power is ideal for those looking to develop the raw strength needed to dominate HYROX race elements.
HYROX Engine
Designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance and race-day stamina, HYROX Engine is all about sustained effort and mental grit. Expect to start with a ‘SOLID’ strength block followed by a workout including ‘longer’ work intervals: Rowing, Ski-ing, Running together with conditioning activities to develop the aerobic capacity needed to perform at your best. This class is perfect for those wanting to boost their engine and crush longer efforts.
HYROX Race Ready
“Race Ready” is a session with one outcome in mind - get you ready for the HYROX race. It will focus on the SPECIFIC HYROX events - Run/SKI/Sled-Push/Sled-Pull/Burpee Broad Jump/Row/KB Farmers Carry/Walking Lunges/Wall Balls. It’s about getting used to doing each of these activities under fatigue and preparing yourself for Race Day! Will you do every activity each week in the HYROX order? No - we're going to mix things up and keep it fresh... but it is going to be a push!
