HYROX Fundamentals

HYROX POWER
Strength meets endurance in this high-intensity session focused on building explosive power and muscular endurance. Expect heavier lifts, sled pushes, and functional strength work designed to improve your ability to move weight efficiently. HYROX Power is ideal for those looking to develop the raw strength needed to dominate HYROX race elements.

HYROX Engine
Designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance and race-day stamina, HYROX Engine is all about sustained effort and mental grit. Expect longer work intervals, rowing, running, and machine-based conditioning to develop the aerobic capacity needed to perform at your best.
