Kick off with ease

First, we’ll show you around the gym and introduce you to our space. After that, we’ll sit down to chat and answer any questions you might have like:

  • Do I need to be in shape to join?

  • What results can I expect?

  • How often should I work out?

  • Which membership plan is best for me?

We’ll help you determine the next steps based on your goals, needs, and fitness level. Plan to spend about 30 minutes with us, though we book an hour just in case we run slightly over. You’ll leave with helpful advice and a feel for whether Round 1 Fitness is right for you.

How it works

  • Book your free consultation here. When the day comes, arrive a few minutes early and check in at the front desk. One of our friendly coaches will greet you and show you around.

Prerequisites

Nothing at all. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or stepping into a gym for the first time, this is where your journey begins.
