Most people who start boxing with us have never boxed before. No idea how to throw a jab. No idea what a ‘Front Hook-Cross-Roll out-Rear Uppercut’ combo is. And definitely no idea they’re about to fall in love with it.
But that’s the beauty of our classes—they’re built for everyone. You’ll be shown how to punch, how to move, and how to flow through each round. Before you know it, you’re stringing combinations together like a pro… even if you still mix up your lefts and rights (well, fronts and rears!!). Guess what – sometimes we all do!!.

There’s something ancient, almost primal, about boxing. The moment your gloves hit the bag, everything else disappears. Work stress, family stress, mental noise—all of it fades under the sound of bang, bang, bang.
We don’t spar. We don’t fight each other. But we do fight something. And at the end of the session, the only thing left in the ring is your stress, still clinging to that heavy bag.

Yes, we punch. A lot. But boxing at Round 1 is more than that.
We swing kettlebells. We grind through rowing intervals. We crush ab circuits. We run. We push sleds. We move in ways that challenge every muscle in your body.
This is full-body training with a rhythm—and once you find your rhythm, training doesn’t feel like a chore. It feels like momentum.

We’ve got you covered, no matter your schedule. We run boxing sessions at 9 different time slots every weekday—from 5am for the early crew, right through to 7:30pm for the night owls.
