    Scales don’t tell the full story!

    Starting a fat loss journey can be frustrating after the first few weeks of progress. Early on the scales will be showing your weight declining and its encouraging. Then all of a sudden the scale decline rate slows down and may even plateau, but that doesn’t mean you’re not losing fat and gaining muscle!!!!! The picture above is 1kg of fat vs 1kg of muscle. So if your scales after a few months have stalled but you feel better, your clothes fit better and you’re starting to crave more exercise….then maybe the scales aren’t telling you the whole story.
