1 Cup Almond Milk (Or milk of choice)
Pinch of salt
1teaspoon Raw Honey
1 Frozen banana
Handful raw cashews

CHOC MINT SMOOTHIE ?
1/4 avocado
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup almond milk (Or milk of choice)
1 sprig fresh mint(or to taste)
1 teaspoon raw honey
handful ice
BERRY SMOOTHIE ?
2 cups raspberries frozen or fresh
2/3 cup Greek yoghurt
1 Cup almond milk (Or milk of choice)
Handful almonds
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 teaspoon raw honey
2 tablespoons chia seeds
BREAKFAST ROAST SMOOTHIE☕️
1 cup cold brewed coffee
1/4 cup rolled oats ( soaked in the milk for 40 mins for softer smoothie)

1/2 cup milk (of your choice)
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tablespoon Raw Cacao
1 pinch cinnamon
