Overnight Almond Berry Oats
30g rolled oats
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
100g plain yogurt – Chobani Plain Greek protein yogurt
15g whey protein powder
10g slivered almonds
20mls natvia salted caramel topping (or any sugar-free
topping/syrup of choice)
Mix the yogurt and protein powder in a small
nutra bullet container or tupperware container.
Pour oats on top.
Cover with blueberries.
Sprinkle over almonds.
Top with caramel sauce.
Pop in the fridge overnight.
