Yogurt, Berry Protein Smoothie with Granola – serves 1
Ingredients:
50g Greek Yogurt (I use Yoguri brand – Aldi)
30g Whey protein powder
1 cup water
½ cup strawberries
¼ cup mango
20ml sugar-free (Natvia brand) topping of choice (maple syrup, caramel, chocolate)
20g granola (I used Paleo Granola Honey Pecan – Goldenvale brand – Aldi)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutra bullet except granola.
Blitz and top with granola.
