INGREDIENTS
2 cups organic self-raising flour (banana/coconut flour – gluten free alternatives)
1 cup almond meal
¼ cup organic cacao powder
¼ cup chocolate protein powder
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup almond/oat milk
METHOD
Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl, roll into balls, flatten them onto a tray and bake at 180° for 10-15 minutes.
