Homemade Bircher Muesli Recipe
1 tbsp Sultanas/Raisins
¼ tsp Cinnamon
½ cup Rolled Oats
¼ cup Nut/Oat Milk (unsweetened)
½ cup Plain Yogurt (Coconut/Greek)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp Natural Nut Butter (Peanut/Almond/Mix)
Chop apple in half. Grate half the apple and add to the bowl. Keep the other half for the toppings.
Add rolled oats, yogurt, milk, sultanas, hemp seeds, chia seeds and cinnamon to the grated apple. Stirring until mixed well.
Cover and let soak in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes, for best results leave overnight.
Chop the other half of the apple and add to the top of the Bircher Muesli. Add any other toppings you desire.
