    Our Daily Workout for Wednesday (May 13th) is up and available on the website:

    Wednesday is ‘Enhanced Intervals’ + ABS.  Today we couple dynamic bodyweight and sprints together before getting into a unique abs set with shoulder taps and mountain climber holds!
