    Home Workout: Wednesday, April 8th

    Hey Team,

    The ‘At Home’ workout for Wednesday is UP and ready to go. You can find the video HERE:

    There has been (a LOT) of hard sprint work the last couple of days so we are winding things back a bit for Wednesday. Remember to spend some time warming up – as today’s workout has a lower time requirement, it would be a great day to spend some time doing some mobility work:
