    Home Workout: Wednesday, April 29th

    Hey Team,

    The ‘At Home’ workout for WEDNESDAY is UP and ready to go.

    Big bodyweight “BLOCK” today that has some call-backs to last Saturday’s ANZAC Day Special.  Today we have a decreasing rep circuit…but when the first exercise is 150x squats the reps couldn’t exactly be headed UP!

    Don’t forget to kick things off with a nice, steady 5-minute run.  This is important prep for today but also part of our continued recovery from the hard running efforts this past Sunday/Monday!
