No running today!
We are dropping back the running today BUT really focussing on getting our legs going through a full-range of motion with some lunges and mountain climbers – plus some situps to get those abs popping.
I am expecting everyone will be a bit sore right now – so PLEASE warmup before you start – a few minutes skipping, roll your back out with some ninja rolls, do some cobras and get into it!!!
