    Home Workout: Wednesday, March 25th

    So – the dust has settled (and Tracey has gotten involved) so these have gotten a lot more ‘professional’ all of a sudden.  Imagine what I could accomplish if I was even a ‘little bit’ good at my job.

    Today’s workout ALSO has a video – you can access that here: and if you take the extra 5-seconds to subscribe to the channel you will be notified every day when I upload a new one.

    So – what have we got for you?  An alternating ‘EMOM’ (every minute on the minute) with 3 exercises – Skipping or Running, Walking Lunges and Russian Twists.  Looks awesome to me!  Nothing too complicated but I do try to proffer some advice in the video!
