Here is the At Home workout for Wednesday, March 18th 2020.
Probably a good idea to go for a bit of a run before you get started – I haven’t included it because this is ‘the workout’, but going straight into walking lunges is not going to feel great…so go for a quick run (2-3mins) then maybe roll through our little Yoga routine from back in the “Summer Slam” challenge (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZOhNhCIZJs&t=28s) before you start.
I’m still doing that little routine every morning and it 100% seems to help!
When it says ‘MASH UP’ for the Situps and Leg-Raises, what it means is just mix them up as you see fit for 100x total reps. With the Mountain Climbers, gym rules apply – if your feet don’t reach your hands, well, that rep doesn’t count.
