    Hey Team,

    Our Daily Workout for Tuesday (May 5th) is up and available on the website:

    Tuesday is intervals day – you have a choice between a running pyramid or bodyweight work.  The running in particular is a very challenging session – really watch the time on your ‘rest’ periods and make sure you stick to the plan.
