    Home Workout: Tuesday, April 7th

    Hey Team,

    The ‘At Home’ workout for Tuesday is UP and ready to go. You can find the video HERE:

    As many rounds/reps as possible in 15 minutes of (AMRAP 12): 200m Run
    15 push-ups
    – Do the ‘Hardest’ type of pushup you can. Clap, Hand Release, on toes, on knees

    We have a super challenging SPRINT workout today – really push as hard as you can with the 200m efforts. Don’t look at this and think “It’s only 15-minutes” – 15-minutes of REAL intensity is more than enough for anyone to handle. On the video I talk about a famous Rob De Castella workout that was limited to 15 minutes – and he was preparing to run marathons…15mins of REAL effort is more than enough.

    Mix up your pushups and try to get through TWELVE (12) rounds!
