EMOM18 (Every Minute on the Minute for 18 Minutes)

Be sure to check the video for points of performance relating to squats and substitutions for skipping.
Today’s workout is a bit of a ‘slow burn’ where you *SHOULD* find it possible to keep up the pace (complete all 20 squats and all 5x pushups) right throughout the 18 minutes. Maintain a steady pace – it isn’t a day for world records – and be sure to stick it out to the end.
IF you want to “AMP IT UP”, I would rather you did so through modifying your pushups (dynamic/Chest tap/pike etc) rather than trying to add more cardio…there has been some challenging running work already this week and we are trying to back that off today.
Please warmup before you start – I don’t want any quad or calf injuries during the squats or skipping,
