    This is the workout for TUESDAY, April 14th.

    800m Run

    40x Hollow-Rock OR 40x Situps

    40x Pushups

    40x Hollow-Rock OR 40x Situps

    800m Run

    Be sure to check the video for points of performance for Hollow Rocks.

    Today is a challenging workout because 800m “HARD” is a really challenging distance.  We targeted 3:30 last week (I didn’t quite make it) and are doing the same again today.  You really need to push…not looking for negative splits but hoping to see your final 800m effort within 10% of the time taken for your first one.

    If you are subbing Bike kms for running, 3kms is our bike distance today.

    Please warmup before you start – I don’t want any quad or calf injuries during the Jump Squats!
