    The ‘At Home’ workout for Monday is UP and ready to go. You can find the video HERE:
    The video goes through SCALING options AND it also includes a tutorial on performing KIPPING PULL-UPS…I know, I know.  Some love ’em, some hate ’em.  I PREFER strict ones but there is a time and a place for (almost) everything…and if you need to do them it is (surely) better that you attempt to do them properly rather than just swinging around under the bar like a chimpanzee who is ‘just hanging out’!
