Here is the At Home workout for Tuesday, March 17th 2020.
As many times as possible today please guys. This is a pretty classic Crossfit workout but the order has been reversed…so kick it off with Squats.
Around 25x sets is a ‘solid’ score so for you ‘Performance’ people out there, push hard and you should achieve > 1 set per minute for the duration of the workout (20 minutes). If you are battling to keep up the pace, dont stress – just work steadily throughout.
For you cardio lovers, it IS 100% acceptable to add in the 400m run (set a 90 second target) at the end of each ’round’. Enjoy!
