    Our Daily Workout for Thursday (May 7th) is up and available on the website:

    Thursday means MINUTE DRILLS – or time-based circuits.  Today our circuit is 30-minutes of Burpees, Mountain Climbers, Jumping Jacks, Split Jumps and Leg raises.
