    Our Daily Workout for Thursday (May 14th) is up and available on the website:

    Thursday is the day for MINUTE Drills.  Designed as 30-on, 30-rest, remember you can tweak these based on YOUR level.  40-on, 20-rest?  20-on, 40-rest?  It’s up to you…be sure to watch the video for all the demos.
