    Home Workout: Thursday, April 30th

    Hey Team,

    The ‘At Home’ workout for THURSDAY is UP and ready to go.

    This is the last day of April and the final day of this training ‘BLOCK’.  Before we slide into the ‘new world’, we will finish the month with a 20-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible).  Continuously cycle through the exercises – and I don’t want you to ‘RUSH’ – I want quality reps…a veritable FASHION SHOW!  The rep-counts aren’t high…but the challenge is, with only three exercises each of them is going to come back around ‘FAST’…and that burning will be very real!
