    Hey Team,

    Our Daily Workout for Sunday (May 3rd) is up and available on the website:

    At Home Workout:

    Sunday’s are “INTERVALS+Core” day in our new programming block.  Today we have a choice between 100m intervals (1-minute rest) or a 45/30 work/rest routine for your choice of body weight movements.  Our core program includes dead-bugs, side-bridges + Copenhangens.
