    Home Workout: Sunday May 10th

    Hey Team,

    Our Daily Workout for Sunday (May 10th) is up and available on the website:

    Sunday = Interval work + Core.  Today we have a choice of 150m running intervals OR 45x sec Bodyweight (fielders choice) work.  That is followed by core work including hollow-rocks, super-mans and v-sits!
