Hey Team,
Today’s workout is a ‘little bit’ similar to yesterday…but also WAY different! Today the focus is to absolutely, bust-your-butt in the 400m runs using the body weight efforts as a ‘recovery’…whereas yesterday it was all about the body weight efforts with the run as a recovery.
There are 4x 400m runs in today’s workout – really push hard to finish in between 80 and 95 seconds depending on your running ability. Drive hard right through to the end of the last effort…work HARD!
