    Home Workout: Sunday, April 19th

    Hey Team,

    The ‘At Home’ workout for SUNDAY is UP and ready to go.

    Today we have a reprise of the workout we did back on March 29th…but we are upping the running efforts from 300m to 400m!  So – GOOD LUCK.

    I want you to push yourself nice and hard today – we have a big week of training ahead – certainly we have been building towards this week for a little while now, and getting off to a great start today by working hard and just ‘having a crack’ is exactly what we all need.

    Be sure to get in a GOOD WARMUP before you start – no injuries during these 400m runs thanks!
