This is the ‘AT HOME’ workout for Sunday, April 12th. 10x Rounds. Each Round starts with a 200m run then you complete a simple (and decreasing) bodyweight circuit: Burpees, Leg Raises and Pushups. Complete 10 reps of each in set 1, then decrease each exercise by 1 rep each set until you are done.
Be sure to get in a GOOD WARMUP before you start – no injuries during these 200m runs thanks!
