Our Daily Workout for Saturday (May 9th) is up and available on the website:
Saturday’s are the day we go ‘Off-Schedule’ – mix things up and have a bit of fun. Today we have tabata efforts of both ‘bottom-to-bottom’ pushups AND ‘bottom-to-bottom’ squats (check the video) split with a couple of 1500m runs!
