Hey Team,
Today we have a SUPER SATURDAY 500 REP CHALLENGE.
There are TEN (TEN) exercises and to finish we need FIFTY (50) reps of each one. You can break this up HOWEVER you like – sets of 50, sets of 25, two sets of 20, one set of 10, five sets of 10…mix it up YOUR WAY – all we need is FIFTY REPS of all TEN exercises…D.O.N.E.
Don’t forget to warmup first team – 5-minutes of skipping and some pretty simple activation work (high knees, slow lunges with full extension, arms only inch worms, pause squats)…just get Ready to Go!
