    Home Workout: Saturday, March 21st

    Here is the At Home workout for Saturday, March 21st 2020.

    SO – pretty much the same thing as you did a few days back (that’s on purpose) but just switching around to a more traditional ‘ORDER’ with the pull-ups first…and this time the running is compulsory (but only 35 seconds work if you ‘PUSH’ or 45 seconds if you ‘CRUISE’).

    This one is so much fun…what can I say – I’m IN!
