Our Daily Workout for Monday (May 4th) is up and available on the website:
Integrated circuit training today – the circuit is very core every and you have a choice between doing knees to elbows + v-sits or subbing in some wood-chops and ball slams! Whatever you choose, 10-burpees finishes the tri-set. From there it is into an upper body strength circuit with pushup variations and pull-ups!
