Our Daily Workout for Monday (May 11th) is up and available on the website:
Monday is circuit training – and we have two circuits today. We kick things off with burpees, lunges and squats, then move into pull-ups and power-overs (check the video!). We follow the circuits with a quick legs + abs strength set!
