Hey Team,
Today’s workout is all about the running intensity. If you aren’t running at the moment, please replace the 400m with a 1.5km bike…but stay OUT OF THE SADDLE throughout. Just set a nice ‘steady’ pace with the squats and burpees, then hit that 400m with everything you have…1:30-1:40 is our target time for today.
