    Home Workout: Monday, April 27th

    Hey Team,

    The ‘At Home’ workout for MONDAY is UP and ready to go.


    Today is all running all of the time (as we approach the conclusion of this training ‘block’). All you need to do today is RUN.  200m intervals – work nice and hard because you will be operating on ‘about’ a 1-2 work rest ratio…the efforts will take around 40 secs and you will then get approx. 80 secs rest…the faster you run, the more rest you get as every time the clock gets to ‘2-minutes’ you GO-GO-GO.

    When you have done about 4-5 intervals you will feel like you are “NEVER” gonna make it…you will.  Just stick at it and in a little over 22 minutes the workout will be DONE.

    Please warm-up properly today.  I don’t want any injuries!
