    This is the workout for MONDAY, April 13th.

    5x Sets

    30-Jump Squats

    15-situps

    30-bench dips

    Be sure to check the video for points of performance for both the Jump Squats (point your toes!) and Bench Dips.  Please warmup before you start – I don’t want any quad or calf injuries during the Jump Squats!
