    Home Workout: Monday, March 23nd

    Morning Team,

    First a quick thanks to everyone who has emailed with an offer to continue supporting the gym despite the government’s decision yesterday.  Really (really, really) appreciate it.

    Second – whether you membership is still ongoing, frozen or cancelled (and everyone has their own decision to make) these home workouts will continue to be circulated for the immediate term.

    Third – today’s session IS F-U-N…

    The idea is to finish each set of 50-reps before moving on to the next.  Now, I actually did this one last night and added in 50x double unders to each ‘set’…what can I say, I like skipping and I like cardio!  I also thought it was a good example of how you can take this little workouts and modify them to better suit yourselves/your own training.  Of course, try to do ‘everything’ in there and ‘ADD’ to them (otherwise you will forever be substituting the things “you don’t like”…which means you will never get good at them…which means you will continue to substitute…

    Anyway, here is the workout for today:
