Here is the At Home workout for Monday, March 16th 2020.
Twice through today. You will need a bench or chair to do your dips and step-ups (or even a limestone block!), some mechanism (fence, table, patio etc) to do your pull-ups or fence pulls and a skipping rope to warm-up.
Sorry if that all sounds like a lot of gear – but as per my original post if you are going to train at home, you are going to need a mechanism to do some cardio and some ‘simple’ tools to enable pull-ups/fence pulls/step-ups etc. If you have a kettlebell or barbell laying around, you can add that to the workout to make it more challenginge.
