    Home Workout: Friday, May 1st

    Hey Team,

    The ‘At Home’ workout for FRIDAY is UP and ready to go.

    OK.  So…the workout is a bit more ‘complicated’ than that.  Once you are done with what I am calling the ‘ICT’ (Integrated Circuit Training – see the blog post from earlier today:  https://round1fitness.com.au/at-home-training-methodology/) you have two strength COUPLETS to complete:

    Complete each ‘COUPLET’ 3x  before moving on.

    10x Pullups + 20x Glute Raises
    10x Pause Pushups + 10x Bulgarians (es)
