    Home Workout: Friday, April 24th

    Hey Team,

    The ‘At Home’ workout for FRIDAY is UP and ready to go.


    Simple day at the end of a really (REALLY) tough week of training.

    Watch the video for demos (two new exercises today) and focus on GOOD REPS – we want a fashion show today, not a rush job.  You will benefit a lot from doing this work after the big training week we’ve had but you need to do them PROPERLY!

    As usual – please warm up first.  Today’s workout is as much about ‘activation’ as it is about training, but you will get most value from it if you have done a few minutes skipping/got a light sweat going before you get started.
