    Home Workout: Friday, April 17th

    The ‘At Home’ workout for FRIDAY is UP and ready to go. You can find the video HERE:

    This is the workout for FRIDAY, April 17th.

    Today we have an “Accumulation Challenge”:

    30-seconds WORK, 30-secs rest.

    Challenge # 1:  150 Burpees. (Fitness Option:  Pushups – refer to video)

    Challenge #2:  150 Lunges each side.  (Fitness Option:  Squats)

    Go flat out for 30-seconds, then rest.  The idea is really to go ‘ALL OUT’ and recover – then repeat – rather than just going for a slow + steady approach.

    Looking for times around the 15mins mark for the burpees and somewhere around 12-minutes for the lunges.

    Please warmup before you start – as per the video, a couple of minutes skipping plus our standard Yoga based warmup/activation routine would be perfect.  You can find that routine HERE if you have forgotten!
