    Home Workout: Friday, March 27th

    Hey Team,

    Today’s session is SUPER (and I mean SUPER) challenging.

    It is THREE (3) rounds.  Each round kicks off with a 400m run – and take it steady.  Each time you get back, you need to complete a little chipper of 50x squats, 40x push-ups, 30x lunges, 20x pull-ups and 10x burpees.
