    Home Workout: ANZAC Day

    Hey Team,

    The ‘At Home’ workout for ANZAC Day is UP and ready to go.

    We have our most challenging SUPER SATURDAY yet – we have high volume reps for Pull-ups (or fence-pulls), pushups, situps, squats and skipping with penalties for each stop…and each exercise is ‘split’ by a 400m run! Get excited!

    I have to admit, after a week of pretty much going through the motions with my own training and focussing instead on ‘Project Training Cells’ (finishing date sometime in a galaxy far, far away!) I am really looking forward to having a decent crack at this one!
